These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of NewsPro ('Platform', 'we', 'our'). By accessing the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
NewsPro is an AI-assisted news aggregation service. It collects publicly available news from RSS feeds and other sources, and uses machine learning models to produce unified summaries and multi-perspective overviews.
Important: AI-generated summaries are produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Always verify important information with the original source.
Original Content: The Platform design, user interface, and any original editorial content created by NewsPro are our intellectual property.
Third-Party Content: Article titles, descriptions, and content sourced from third-party publishers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. NewsPro aggregates this content under principles of fair use and provides attribution links to the original sources.
AI Summaries: AI-generated summaries and perspectives are transformative works produced by our system. If you are a publisher and believe your content has been used in violation of your copyright, please contact our Grievance Officer with a takedown request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewsPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including reliance on any information published on the Platform.
If you are a publisher, author, or subject of a news story and believe that content on the Platform is inaccurate, defamatory, or violates your rights, please file a complaint through our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days, consistent with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
