Regulatory Note: This grievance mechanism is established in compliance with Rule 3(2)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (IT Rules 2021). For digital media ethics code complaints under Part III of IT Rules 2021, unresolved grievances may be escalated to a self-regulatory body and thereafter to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.
